Play Instructions:
- Install the game - Full Installation.
- Replace the original ASTEROIDS.EXE file with the one from the File Archive.
- Play the Game!

- Extract the ASTEROIDS_NOCD.EXE Patch from the archive to the game directory.
- Execute the Patch to remove the CD-Check.

CD-Copy Instructions:
- Copy the full contents of the CD to a temporary directory: <tmpdir>
- Extract CLT-ASTE.EXE from the Archive into the <tmpdir>\MIN directory (where also the ASTEROIDS.EXE
file exists).
- Execute it to remove the CD-Check.
- Extract all audio tracks, except for the last (big) audio track.
- Create a Mixed mode CD and burn the contents back to a 74 minutes CD-R. Use the following CD-Label: Asteroids
- Play the Game!

file exists).
- Execute it to remove the CD-Check.
- Extract all audio tracks, except for the last (big) audio track.
- Create a Mixed mode CD and burn the contents back to a 74 minutes CD-R. Use the following CD-Label: Asteroids
- Play the Game!

- Start Nero
- Burning Rom (4.0.0.5 or higher).
- From the action-bar choose File and select
CD-Copy.
- Use the following settings (all other settings should be

Use an 80 minutes CD-R or OverSize
a 74 minutes CD-R to burn. In some cases it is better to use the CD-Writer as Source CD-Reader as it is usually better able to read unreadable sectors. |
